Over five weeks, you begin to create space to see yourself more clearly. And start to return to your lightest, most authentic self.

Each participant receives The Five Observations Field Guide — a personal companion for the five weeks and beyond.

It works beautifully in groups. There's something that happens when people observe alongside each other — a shared recognition, a quiet intimacy that builds over five weeks.
