When I was first introduced to Human Design, I was told that my design had a tendency to get stuck in my mind. I felt that deeply — I knew that it was true.

But the system itself felt overwhelming. So instead of trying to understand all of it, I just started to notice a few things that really resonated with me. Small things. Everyday moments.

And something surprising happened. Each time I noticed something — really noticed it — I was able to step outside my mind and observe it. Life didn't slow down exactly. It just felt more expansive. Less dramatic. The moments that mattered became clearer. I was able to embody the principles of Ayurveda more fully in my life.

That's where The Five Observations began.

I'm a certified Ayurvedic practitioner and a longtime student of Human Design — introduced to it by a student of its founder. I work with small communities and individuals to bring this practice into everyday life. And every week on Substack I share a simple inquiry to help keep you attuned to your authentic nature.
